    I worked at WONGDOODY part-time

    Pros

Real work, fast paced, fully immersed, they want to hear your opinion and have you work on as much real work as possible, also very willing to cater internship towards your interests, and amazing company culture.

    Cons

As a smaller office, sometimes the work can be slow (I interned in the summer), but all boutique ad agencies have slower months. Other than that, no cons, I would reccommend this internship to anyone looking to work hard and learn.

    Pros

Incredible agency to work at. Very much a family-esque feel where you can truly be part of the culture and contribute to the amazing work the agency puts out.

    Cons

With a small agency, there is a considerable workload that each person takes on, but the people and the environment make the work that much better.

I worked at WONGDOODY (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing people, culture and place to work. Once again people are amazing. Tracy tries to push interesting work. Great benefits and work life balance.

    Cons

Some inefficiencies on process, often at the whim of clients (every small agency tbh), not much of a technical presence.

    Advice to Management

Get more into digital, that's where everything seems to be going.

    I worked at WONGDOODY full-time

    Pros

Great atmosphere, perfect location in downtown Seattle.

    Cons

Commute ( I live on the East Side)

    Advice to Management

Make salaries more competitive taking into consideration cost of living in the Seattle area.

    Pros

Oh, man. Where can I start? The LA office is small - around 30 people. The agency lived up to my expectation and the people were humble, hardworking, and talented. Pam is basically superhuman. She is very detail-oriented and busy as hell, but still she gives everybody her full attention and helpful (never destructive) feedback.

    Cons

Some of the clients aren't very sexy, but WD tries to do the best they can. Sometimes the hours were a little long, but I was happy to do it.

    Advice to Management

Maybe they could push the clients a little more to do better work and take advantage of the capable creative team.

I worked at WONGDOODY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people make the culture an amazing place to work and the agency has done an incredible job of hiring really great people. Work life balance is very good for an ad agency and they provide lots of opportunities for staff to grow in their roles.

    Cons

The agency's ability to win new business challenges their ability to grow as a company.
