Pros
WPVI is No. 1 in the market which creates an opening for top talent to shine. Employees are great to work with and the pay is arguably the best in the market. Disney benefits and discounts are a plus (free park passes, Disney+, etc.).
Cons
Being the leader in the market often leads to fewer risks being taken and stagnant innovation. Also, like other media companies, changing viewer behavior has led to staffing changes which has impacted morale and led to the departure of many beloved figures.

Pros
- As the dominant number one station in Philadelphia, both on air and online, there's a tremendous amount of talent throughout the building, providing a great learning environment - Disney owned, good benefits - Good culture
Cons
- Despite its dominance, WPVI is not immune from the challenges facing local news stations across the country. While that means operating with a leaner staff, it presents a great opportunity to collaborate with areas of the business not in your immediate area of expertise, which could be a plus for someone with a growth mindset.
