This has changed since you initially reviewed our company into a 90 day model, where the first 3 weeks is a closer training between management and the new hire, from there at the point of 90 days, the employee is reviewed to make sure they are meeting full requirements of the job description. - In addition to this, yes, we do continue to make phone calls in the sales positions. However, the majority of our sales are done online now through an instant messenger or email platform. Once again, thank you for your candid review of our business.
