      They let you choose your in office days and your work schedule.

      Cons

      Regardless of experience, they will let you go in a heartbeat if they don’t like anything you say without asking for clarification.

      Pros

      Genuine people that care about others and their community. Is it perfect? No, but they are good to their employees and care about others. Pay could be a little higher but no micromanagement at all. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      Hybrid role vs full remote. Was called back to office 2 days a week but they are super flexible on what days you come in. If you live over 40 miles away, only one day. Need to increase pay to match Austin COLA
