      Pros

      As you can read the title. I think the kind of freedom in terms of time management and technology use is great in this place. The top management especially Bhasker Thapan, CEO is always encouraging us to help us do work in a way team members want to do. Everyone can set his own targets and work pace. BYOD allows us to be more productive. Work from home scheme is amazing. This company knows how to keep employees ready for future technologies.

      Cons

      So far working 3 years and 8 months, I have never faced any problem in this company except that you can not find Maggie Noodles in the kitchen. ;)

      Pros

      Positive and open to new ideas. This company is a grate place to work. The management is very friendly and anyone can walk up to anyone between departments. BYOD concept is doing wonder here. I love to work on my own iPad. This is wonderful. Moreover switching roles is easy here, you find the work that most suits you, keeping you productive and efficient all the time. Monthly Jams are a grate way the HR brings all staff together to party while solving all issues. I love this company.
