Cheap used equipment, crew trucks are beyond old and worn out to the point where its a safety issue. Not to mention every single one has a e fine light on! The way "management" if that's what you can even call them lol the way they handle employees is beyond Unprofessional talking down and deamening people as if they were little kids. Also the fact that managment is late every morning puts a damper on every crew getting out because they take their time putting out the schedual after arriving late in the morning. And then get mad at the crews for "standing around" when all theyre doing is waiting for sorry managment to let them know where to work for the day. Watch your timesheets they have been known to change peoples hours to lessen the amount of hours on the jobs they underbid. The Favoritism at this company is beyond Ridiculous. Also how they refer to the company as a "family" oriented company. Lol what they forget to mention is that theyre only Referring to their own personal family they hire out to work at the company. They treat noone at this company like family unless youre blood. Overall its a Mediocre company trying to play big time. The benefits they offer are garbage, salary is the lowest in the industry even though they lie about pay scale upon interview, very twofaced. The oppertunities to move up just arent there. Theyre so cheap theyd rather see people quit rather than promote from within..ive seen more internal people quit than i have seen promoted. The way business is conducted is very shady and hush hush also.
