    Pros

they were nice at the beginning...

    Cons

...until they didn't want you there anymore

    Advice to Management

don't get rid of trainees you've invested in because they learn a bit differrntly (having adhd) I guess westjet doesn't really care about everything - even when they ask how they can help, then give you the book after you;ve explained yourself.

I have been working at WestJet full-time

    Pros

Discounted travel, outstanding employee share purchase plan and I work with some great people. I believe that the airline is headed in the right direction and I am excited by the upcoming international expansion with Dreamliners.
