Great job, good people. Money is good - with the ability to pick up overtime it's fantastic.

    Cons

We've unionized so the game is going to change.

I have been working at WestJet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Travel benefits are great. A lot of the people are fantastic.

    Cons

The executives are not great, especially the CEO. The company might have good financial results under his leadership but he is destroying the culture and it won't be a great place to work if that continues.

I have been working at WestJet full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great team environment, the flight perks are amazing, great health and dental care options

    Cons

-Low pay at this office, not a liveable wage for a single income person even when working overtime.
    - Little to no time to actually be able to enjoy the flight perks, and only 1 flight a day most days, early morning

    Advice to Management

Calgary office pays a starting wage of 3 dollars more an hour, the same as current 5 year rate in Moncon. Pay your staff better and retention issues will be a thing of the past. When your staff have to regularly choice between a roof over their head and food to eat, working at LEAST 40 hours a week, there is an issue.

The flight perks are amazing, it would be nice to see more flights in and out of Moncton so that your hard working staff could actually enjoy them, like in Calgary.
