There is evident sexism from the office management They overwork employees Higher ups gossip about employees Management is controlling and possessive of employees
Really no pros here. It is presented like a decent place to work, but once your in its horrible

No leadership, no growth potential, terrible workplace atmosphere. All employees are depressed, clients are angry and subs aren't paid. Very high turnover, no long term employees.
