Pros

honestly can not think of any pros

Cons

I was told that I would get training and get paid for my time there. Everything the recruiter told me was inaccurate. They take advantage of the workers who think they will have a great expereince.

Pros

Will help you get back on road after being off for several years. Had an ok training program for new drivers . I have one of the best driver managers I could ask for. She try to keep me moving as best she can and doesn't like letting her drivers sit waiting for loads.

Cons

Low pay, automated transmissions, don't really care about driver home time. If they get you home late they still expect you to leave out when you originally said you would be ready rather then allow you to stay home for the extra day or 2 that should be granted when getting you hone a day or 2 late.

Pros

Western Express has by far proven to be the best experience I have had with a Trucking Company. While others attempt to swindle you into contracts and binding agreements to get you stuck with a payment you can't afford, only to be dropped soon after, Western Express has provided me with respectful communication, an easy process, and worked with me and my history to ensure the best placement. I couldn't have asked for more. They also have a tuition reimbursement program which is logical and legitimate and help you with the training you need in a timely and personalized way without the jumbled processes I have also experienced with other companies; not to mention... the pay is better than most others', too!

Cons

While it may be becoming and tasteful to be elusive, I wish I would have known about Western Express at the beginning of my journey.
