      Great learning curve for anybody who wants to get into domain Supportive environment always, you don't need to pretend to know everything Young crowd, great energy You get to have high ownership and your inputs matter

      weya AI gives you real ownership of your designs. Every project is a new challenge that pushes creativity and innovation. The team values ideas, no matter what my role, and I’ve learned a lot about professional design systems, user research, and product-thinking. Earlier, I was also handling frontend work, which gave me immense exposure to how design translates into real product experiences. The feedback and support of the team help us stay motivated and aligned in our roles. The culture here truly inspires you to evolve as a designer and storyteller.

      Sometimes there’s so much to learn. But it keeps me inspired to keep improving and exploring new skills.
