      -A complete joke in the environmental world. -Being harassed on the weekends due to minor issues is common. -Bullying is prevalent.

      Very low expectations. If you are a under performer you will fit right in.

      Cons

      Poor management. The owner is 100% of the problem with the company. The former owner knew how to run a business. This one has created a culture of slacking off and doing less than the best. People go home early because they see management doing this. The owner never shows up except once per month where he is befuddled as to why the company isn't doing better
