multiple people who need to be let go for the firm to succeed in the modern day. Hard to receive support here as a young person. Low salary, undervalued dedicated staff.
Relatively good benefits for an architecture firm. Cordial work atmosphere and good project diversity. Good career development opportunities within and out of the office.
