    Alan Wilson has effective leadership skills and is doing what needs to be done to keep the company on target.

    Cons

    Good employees left to get away from nasty store manager.

    Advice to Management

    Screen the store managers more closely. When there are multiple duplicate complaints about a manager look into the issue. People are your greatest resource.

    Pros

    Depending on what store you work you can have a really relaxed management team, or the ones who will drill you to work harder, when the manager themselves does not work that hard. If you want to make real money you should invest on becoming a store manager, for they are the only ones who get bonuses for the hard work that the rest of your management team might be doing.

    Cons

    If you want a raise for doing a good job you wont get it. You get raises for getting promoted. They do give yearly raises, but they are hard to get and are minimal when you get them. The company does not want anyone get any over time, so no extra money for working late.

    Advice to Management

    Give praise where it is deserved. There are some managers out there doing a fantastic job, and get nothing for it. No extra benefits or bonuses.
