Declining real estate market has dramatically impacted business. Company has been forced to downsize and is now owned by another firm (Stantec).
Relatively small, private company, where everyone can have a personal relationship with senior management. People care about others, and although bottom line profit is first priority, personal relations and understanding of personal issues are respected.

None. Since the company is not national, opportunities might be limited. During the recent downturn in the economy we were not diversified enough (geographically) to weather the storm.
