I have been working at Windham Professionals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

pros is you control your income. I could make 2800 one month or 6k. They're not as strict as most call centers they will work with your schedule instead od just firing you if you show you are a good hard worker...

    Cons

insurance SUCKS, wish there was a yearly raise other than that 2 years here ive been good :)

    Advice to Management

more incentives will be nice. to keep people motivated. I had to switch departments to stay motivated everything got so repetitive.

Good work schedule, some great team leads! Fun work environment, great holiday celebrations and birthday celebrations. Employee appreciation.

    Cons

The pay is poor, the policy changes everyday. No job stability. Ran very poorly my office Management. Bonus structure was horrible!

    Advice to Management

Hire better management and stay consistent. Better pay because you have to work to hard for scraps. Better HR as wel

I worked at Windham Professionals (Less than a year)

    Pros

Training is quite thorough and even when moved to the floor, new employees receive two weeks of training bay time, before being assigned to a team and given your own accounts. Hours are pretty much set, depending on which department or team you work on. Your success is almost completely reliant on your work ethic and the manager of your team. If you work hard, have a good manager and are good at collections, you will make a great living here. The base salary is decent and there are incentive based bonuses every month. Management knows that this job can be stressful, so most try to do the best they can to make things easier. Again, if your manager is good and WORKS, you will probably do well.

    Cons

Incentives change frequently and this can be frustrating. If the office has to close, due to weather or technical problems, you are required to make up the hours or have them deducted from your personal time/vacation time. Just did not strike me as being fair. If your manager is lazy, forget it! Luckily, most are not.

    Advice to Management

Place your newbies with managers who are considered great trainers.

    Pros

Pros would be that you can come and go as you please.

    Cons

People get away with way too much things. If they consider themselves professional then they should start by getting rid of management and a lot of the collectors who do nothing but kiss bum and do no work. while other people struggle to hit their goals every month. My advice to anyone going to work there. I can't work for a company who claims to be the things they say they are but fall short on actually showing their employees they know how to deal with the employees who are giving that company a bad name.

I worked at Windham Professionals (More than a year)

    Pros

I can't think of one. They make you think your worthwhile to them and matter than they take credit for your work and demean you .

    Cons

Liars, click, self absorbed, UN organized, back stabbers with no organization and no appreciation for hard intelligent workers. There is no room for improvement for educated employees. Run!!! Run away. They will lie to you, use you then demean you and make you question your own skills. Hr are uptight angry women who will stick up for company no matter what.

    Advice to Management

When you take people's ideas and use them give them credit. If it wasn't for them you wouldn't be where you are .
