I have been working at Windham Professionals full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very tight knit, small business feel. Excellent bonus opportunity and ability to grow.

    Cons

Although Windham Professionals is an At Will Company, the HR department is employee friendly to a fault. There is so much red tape that it is nearly impossible to enforce employer standards without a constant back and forth that ultimately favors the employee. Also, the insurance company that Windham uses (Anthem) is terrible.

    Advice to Management

The management at Windham Professionals does a great job of driving results while creating a fun engaging atmosphere.

I worked at Windham Professionals full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Looking to grow in other lines of business

    Cons

Company did not have the talent to grow other lines of business, too focused on traditional collections and dependent on the Dept of ED contract, members of the senior management team (VP's on up) difficult to work with

I have been working at Windham Professionals full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent wages, the people, fun environment, management onsite genuinely cares for us employees

    Cons

Policies are not clear, no support from HR corporate onsite yet many employees have no idea who they are or what they do and they are completely unavailable to employees, health insurance is quite high and not very good, surveys are given multiple times a year and nothing happens, we seem to worry more about getting pictures on LinkedIn or Glassdoor or social media about military programs or other internal programs than keeping the company moving, too many uppers and remote users which is demoralizing to those who come into work every day

    Advice to Management

Little more trainings with your people but as a whole continue to be supportive

    The pay was very good.

    Cons

    compliance policies were not fair

During training let your employees know what is required and not required to say on the phone and not allow it to go on for months without saying anything but then compliance filling our calls where it ends up turning into corrective action.

    Pros

insurance SUCKS, wish there was a yearly raise other than that 2 years here ive been good :)

    Advice to Management

more incentives will be nice. to keep people motivated. I had to switch departments to stay motivated everything got so repetitive.
