Pros

Great if you’re looking into a career in sales. Fast-paced environment Birthday celebrations Company lunches, dinners, team-bonding activities Lots of training provided

Cons

The “We are a family” culture seems a bit disingenuous. The more sales you get, the better you are treated, and the more you get paid. It is a bit hard for people with no prior experience as you won’t make as many sales and the won’t get paid as much. Real family doesn’t replace you within a week or two. Hourly pay, overtime is highly advised against by management and CEO. Management slowly became more micro-managing with multiple meetings basically asking “why are your numbers not higher”. People who are new to sales, beware.

Pros

I have worked here for 1 year and and have seen 5 people leave and get replaced within 1-2 Weeks. The office has 20~ people in it. 1 person leaves about every 2 months. Since I told everyone it was my last week, 4 coworkers have also told me they are looking for a new job as well in confidence. There are 3 people in charge here and the company culture and rules are dictated by these 3 people. They all come from the same foreign country and will speak about other employees in their foreign language in secret. 2 of the "in charge" people regularly leave the country to work from their home country and take vacations. However, they do not allow regular employees to work from home in ANY capacity, not even one day. All 3 "in charge" people come and leave at whatever time they want. 1 of the "in charge" people has taken a 1.5 month long vacation at the time of me writing this. That person has also brought their spouse who also works here. Be Careful! They will interview you for a position (Sales or Assistant) and then reject you for that position but offer a role in Customer Service or Accounting. I have seen 2 people get interviewed for an "Executive Assistant" role who then get hired as Accountants who have no experience or background in finance. I asked for 1 day a week work from home and was denied. I asked again formally and was denied. When I gave my two weeks I was asked why I was leaving. I stated that my new job is giving my a hybrid work schedule. WindowsNThings offered me the "promise of maybe changing my title over the course of a year." I asked if we could add a hybrid schedule into this new position. I was denied again. Overall, the company is okay for a small company. They start pay at $25 per hour and give a $2 increase per year and you work 8AM to 5PM. Your average day isn't very busy and lots of people are on their phones or talk about sports/TV Movies. There is real work to do as well, it isn't so bad for a full-time in-office job.

Cons

Regarding Sales: You are hired as sales based on your "look" if you have no experience. Your Salary is $3,500 per month. $4,000 after 6 months. Commission per Month: 0-50k, 0% 51k-100k 2% 101k-200k 4% 200k+ 6% Regarding CAD: If you're hired for CAD there is only enough work for maybe 5 days of work in a month. The rest of your time will be Sales or Customer Service.
