Pros

After being there 20 years, it's funny (not funny) because I'm having trouble coming up with anything. I guess one thing would be, they care about their employees (to an extent) -- helping them out in times of need or tragedy.

Cons

I know, since I have left, that they now require you to punch a time clock. But, while I was there, I guess I was pretty happy - until they decided to use Covid19 as an excuse to cut about 10 of their to secretaries. I know this review will probably not be posted, but that really puts a bad taste in my mouth. At least 10 of us had been there from 15-40 years, and they just put us out on the street.

Pros

Hmmmm....there weren't a lot. Salary and work life balance were okay.

Cons

I found Winstead to be a corrosive environment. There didn't appear to be high standards for the partners so associates who actually wanted to learn from someone smart were assed out.
