      Getting a regular paycheck is always good.

      Cons

      Managed chaos best describes the environment you'll be in as a technical person here. Lots of smoke and mirrors going on with Mgmt. The sad thing is that the issues that were present years ago are still happening today, based on what I have read here. I would not recommend anyone working here unless they wanted some experience to get started in the field and then leave after a year or two.

      Willing to train Experienced techs to learn from Great community Mid-Level management really tries to improve the company and workflow, and its obvious they care about their employees.

      Cons

      High work load Disorganized Most work is break-fix rather than improvement or enhancement Executives appear to be disconnected from the actual flow of the business and focus more on numbers.
