Pros
They are always available to resolve any problem that the employee may have and proactively talk to the employee about any change or problem that arises maintaining the employee inside the loop of any situation.
Cons
While outsourcing the company doesn't have much capability to negotiate contract changes because they are are dependent from what the outsourcing company allows.
