      Pros

      They try to be fair... if you are in certain circles.

      Cons

      You can easily be pushed out. Shortchanged out of any of your partial benefits. They don't have a retirement program.

      I'm hitting my year mark here in just a few days and it's been an amazing experience. The leadership team is top notch and the people are truly great to work with. Extremely grateful to be a part of the company and to see the continued growth we achieve in the upcoming years!

      With the company’s rapid growth over the past few years, some processes and procedures are still evolving. While this can be a challenge at times, but it also creates valuable opportunities to learn, contribute, and help shape the way things are done moving forward.
