      - Flexible work (hours and location - remote vs hybrid schedule) - Plenty of vacation - Yearly bonuses and raises - Promotions and out of cycle raises - Great work life balance - Feel like a part of the team - lots of support and opportunities for career grown and advancement within Woolpert - Plenty of fun and social events to keep everyone engaged with local offices - Support from all levels of management - Clear vision on strategy and goals from all management from CEO to Sector Leaders to Market Leaders, etc. - Very robust Principal Program

      - Our continued growth may be a con for some people seeking opportunities at a smaller firm

      Good contracts but toxic company culture

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
