      Pros

      Lots of opportunities given to employees. Great, supportive coworkers. Generally, the work is fun to work on and is great for portfolios.

      Cons

      Intense workload and lots of micromanaging. Senior management did not understand how to utilize staff and many senior staff left as a result. Lots were left burned by poor and short-sighted decisions.
