Pros

-Very Generous PTO -Commission Structure is good (for a reason)

Cons

- It's a clique: if you are welcomed in the inner circle you will get a lot more chances, and might have a bit more of a positive experience. But being in the inner circle has nothing to do with being professional or being good at your job. If you aren't liked you will be broken down and eventually either quit or fired. -If you aren't best friends with everyone in the office you will not have a good experience - The commission structure is great because virtually no deals close. - Good people get fired and the smart ones can't take it anymore and have to leave -This is not a good environment for anyone out of college who wants to develop and have a great career -The company isn't growing; there's no way to move up unless someone gets fired or quits

Pros

It was decent pay out of college

Cons

I'm truly never somebody to speak poorly on a company, but I don't want somebody to end up in the same position I was. From the first day my class started, it felt as though we were outcasted from the company. They treated us like pledges and even outcasted us for not drinking in the office (during the work day). Instead of teaching us skills on how to sell, they would teach us/tell us to lie to our prospects about a number of things. Overall, this was a very toxic work environment filled with "school-yard bullies" and it was a major setback in my professional/personal life. I had never met a team of such rude, mean, and indecent people in all my years on this planet. I never could've seen myself putting a negative review about an experience at a company, but I don't want anybody out of college to go through the same experience that my coworkers and I had to go through. I was lucky enough to not be fired, but I eventually quit after watching 6/8 people in our class get fired in the first few months there without reason. Simply wouldn't wish this experience upon my worst enemies.
