Interesting and diverse projects in water and wastewater. Good technical staff. As a junior to mid-level staff, you will find this company rewarding. Profit sharing to 401k.

Cons

Senior staff are overloaded reducing work/life balance and ability to give attention to junior staff. Not a clear vision for the company and then individual career planning. Lower then average base compensation.
