    I have been working at Xtera full-time

    Pros

    Everyone has a chance to be involved in many parts of the business. Management trusts employees to get the job done since there is no time to micromanage.

    Cons

    Executive management has lacked a clear and singular direction which has led to several rounds of layoffs and instability in the future of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Please communicate a clear path forward for employees to follow so we can help the company move forward.

    Excellent technology. Great name in the space/marketplace

    Cons

    Most wins have been overseas. Company lean on sales engineers so projects that I am bidding on gets overlooked.

    Good work environment, nice people to work with, stable job, no layoff at hard times.

    low pay, no bonus, no overtime. The company needs to cut some of the fat!!!!!
