the management team is willing to accept suggestions for improvement if it suitable with there orgnizational
Cons
the management level is not clear, you will not be able to know who is your supervisor and to who you should tell your problems they are strict on the arrival time and leaving time and there is no flexibility when asking for WFH requests when sometimes you are not feeling like going to the office
