      #1 API Search AI company - great momentum and product. Great pay and benefits Good work/life balance Amazing people to work alongside side with

      Leadership is all over the place, focus is always changing. Few leadership folks left the company as well which alarmed a lot of folks.

      Pros

      If you’re a high performer, the company readily acknowledges your contributions in tangible ways. Strong leadership in cofounders and some other C-suite and even Head level employees.

      Cons

      Pressure to perform and execute by any means necessary, which is part of being in the AI space. Any AI company is like this. Frequent pivots but again, such are AI startups.

      Pros

      Working at You.com has been pretty awesome. The challenges are interesting plus you get a lot of freedom to do your thing without dealing with tons of red tape. The team is easy to talk to and fun to work with. There’s a lot of improvements lately which is cool to see.

      Cons

      The company sometimes pivots too frequently which can make it a bit challenging to stay fully aligned.
