Management:
- Only single person in management.
- Non-technical, non-logical
- No idea of trending technologies
- No direct or indirect involvement in any project running in the company
- No vision how to grow the company
- The most egoistic, I have ever met
- Short & Money oriented vision
- Never expect any solution of the problem
- Just busy in lust
HR:
- Not sure, how management have recruited HR
- She does not have any answer when you ask
- The salary date is 10th and even sometimes extended if 10th is bank holiday.
- Many times salary is extended and there is no earlier intimation by HR that salary will be delayed. You have to beg for your money.
- No policy exist to measure performance of the employee.
Project Management
- No project documentation or process (until client is technical)
- Project managers are out-dated with trending technologies
- Always rush for project completion at the cost of quality
- Over-promising to clients which is suffered by employees
Work Culture & Environment
- No motivation or appreciation from management or project managers.
- Extra curricular activities are more prioritized then project work.
- No flexible hours
- Salary deduction for late coming
Future
- No consideration for your skills
- You will be fired on the spot without any prior intimation (if you are no more needed).
- In last 3 months, around 30 employees are already fired due to lack of clients in all the technology stacks.
