      Flexible schedule and fully remote environment.

      Cons

      Leadership frequently shifts priorities and direction, which can make it difficult to execute long-term initiatives effectively. Communication around expectations and goals was often unclear, creating confusion across teams. The workload and expectations can also feel misaligned with the compensation and benefits offered.

      This company changes it's name every 2 years, and is a reflection of the bipolar management. It's a total ponzi scheme, definitely avoid this place!

      Cons

      A revolving door and management flips on a dime every 10 mins. Technology isn't relevant any more in 2026. Avoid like the plague.
