      Pros

      - It's a friendly environment. - A lot of experience to gain. They try to train you to be a hybrid engineer. You can be a mech designer and at the same time an electrical designer.

      Cons

      - With the amount of responsibilities that you have the wage is too low. Can be a McDonald's manager and still be paid higher than Zoom. - Disorganized, can be confusing because of communication within employees and employer. (Blame game) - Projects are always on the rush making you stay longer to finish it or they asked you to come on weekends. - Overtime is standard pay.

      This company had no pros.

      Cons

      The company is very cheap. The money given was close to minimum wage. The company doesn’t pay market value for designers. Many people left the company. There is no growth opportunity.
