Pros
If you are here looking for reasons to work for bChannels, DO IT. Everything about working here has been a delight. If I had to highlight the best part of this job it would be the culture. I've never worked with a better group of people. I appreciate that they treat me like a real person.
Cons
The only Con I could see is if you don't enjoy working in a hybrid/ remote enviorment, but even then I wouldn't let that sway you as the staff does a good job making people feel included even remotly.

Just about everything is a pro here! And I'm not exaggerating. Having my direct manager care as much as she does is huge. I actually enjoy the work itself. The pay is competitive, great benefits, and everyone just wants to see you succeed.

Citrix (always going down and you can't access your folders unless inside the software) Give you way more partners than you handle Management isn't always in the know as they should be Feel like a glorified salesman for AWS

Pros
I've been working for bChannels for a few months now and it's the best company I've worked for. bChannels takes care of it's employees needs and wants. I have been working from home all through the pandemic and this company has been steady the whole time. The management is great and they really care about you. The pay is great for an entry level job and they care more about work ethic and what you want to be rather than what you look like on paper. This company is a great company and they know how to take care of employees
Cons
I would say the only con would be that I haven't been able to work in the office yet due to the pandemic so I don't know what the office work life looks like.

You get to work with a lot of global teams which helps you build great connections around the world. They work with some of the industry's giants, and is a great place to learn a bunch of different skills while on the job.
