      Pros

      Management are very compassionate and humble. Easy to reach. Always shows 'malasakit' to employees. Good camaraderie within the organization and department. Members are very dynamic, skilled and friendly. Free coffee, and unlimited drinks during events/party (happy hour)

      Cons

      Employees would stay longer if the company has a definite career path/ladder for team member and on time release of incentives. Overall, the environment is good place to get an experience. Kudos!
