      Multi cultural team, especially valued if you are from India

      High Turnover, > 50% annually. No consistency in performance Sr. Management highly secretive, no trust in employee day to day decision making, repeated second guessing and justification required of all actions Hostile work environment including poor communication through all levels of management, no sharing of the information required to be an effective employee No visible accrual accounting of vacation / sick time. Time off given at discretion of management; arbitrary "rules" Does not provide required and requested tools to adequately perform job responsibilities.

      Poor Senior Management - No Vision - No Growth Potential

      Hard to identify though good at sales

      Cons

      Terrible internal communications, Lack of vision required for growth, Heavy dependance on single points of failure, No respect for resources, Lacks structure and HR policy, Poor contract design with little legal guidance. Notice the positive reviews on this site are all from India, almost as if someone guided them to complete a review.

      It's always easy to hear the positive feedback, but it is as critical to listen to critiques. We have set in place monthly and quarterly executive meetings to focus on Company vision, strategy, objectives and action plan. We have Town Hall meeting to communicate company wide information. The executive leadership team is comprised of each head of department. We practice meritocracy in all employment decisions. Thank you.
