I was working on projects for eLearn Security and everything was going fine until I tried to reach out to users as part of my job responsibilities. Senior management was furious that I had done this and told me that there was a process in place and that it wasn't my job. I was reassured by management that everything would be fine and I wouldn't lose my job. However, the next day I was locked out of my software and received an email saying that I was fired with no explanation or warning. The way I was treated during and after my termination was completely heartless. When I asked for my income information to do my taxes, Senior management didn't even bother to reply to me. Instead, they forwarded my request to an assistant, making me feel like I was less than nothing. It was a humiliating experience that left me feeling worthless. I would not recommend eLearn Security as an employer, as their lack of empathy and communication towards their employees is unacceptable.
