Current Employee - Customer Service Representative in Bolton, England (UK)

    Pros

Good pay considering the work involved. Car parking also available onsite site and lots of training provided which gets you off the phones.

    Cons

I work in the call centre answering customers queries in relation to moving house. Job can be repetitive and breaks have recently been reduced. Not a lot If career progression within the call center.

    Advice to Management

Targets are unrealistic at times which needs to be looked into

    Pros

Good opportunities and competitive package, I can recommend it to anybody who want to build a carreer at a large company.

    Cons

The work environment at Budapest office is very unhuman, no windows, natural light or fresh air only in top managers rooms.

    Advice to Management

They should keep the experienced experts by having a carreer plan supported by benefits. The only way to increase the salary after several years of hard work is to move to other employer.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Small group of people and informal work policy.

    Cons

With little investment in new development each next year will be harder and harder to survive.

    Advice to Management

Count on local talent and not engineers working oversees. They typically have insufficient qualifications to deliver competitive product.
