Pros
Insurance was very good and 401k contribution was 6% match. Some of the most talented sales people in the industry worked there when i did.
Cons
Disconnect between Management (Mostly upper management) since the say Cirrus sold the software division to another VC. No regard for customers. Had us selling products that they had no idea how they were going to deliver because all the support teams kept resigning or getting stolen by large customers who were also dealing with terrible communication with company and support failures. Last few months I was there it was so toxic. So many employees have left since I did.
