Dishonest leadership

Pros

There is no good reason to work here. I am ashamed to have ever done so. The people at the “bottom” are some of the nicest you will meet, but the leadership are dishonest, greedy and manipulative. They are looking to make a quick buck by duping clients into contracts that ultimately put the student last and themselves first. There are better ways to do this work - do not get duped!

Cons

If you are a freelancer, prepare to be lowballed and not valued. If you are FTE prepare to be overworked and manipulated into always doing “more”. Gaslighting on steroids!

Pros

At iDesign I truly feel like my well-being as a person is a priority. For the first time in my career I've been able to make a great balance between my work and personal life, which has made a big difference in my job satisfaction and overall happiness. They also encourage continuous growth and training opportunities, which has really helped me develop both personally and professionally. I've seen a noticeable improvement in my skills and knowledge since I've been here.

Cons

My spouse keeps checking in on me because they're surprised by how calm and content I am at home. They are not used to seeing me enjoy my work this much.
