Pros

I moved into legal tech from a different field, and was intimidated by the amount of knowledge transfer that was going to be required to get me on-boarded. My fears couldn't have been more unfounded! I went through excellent training that involved a lot of one on one time with my boss, and was given access to great resources for self-study. The entire sales team made themselves available to me to answer questions and to bounce ideas off of. In a professional sales environment, sales people can get very territorial, and that was not the case here at all. So refreshing and really says something about the culture! My boss, Hector Corral (EVP Strategic Partnerships) is very responsive to my ideas, and open to collaboration. I enjoy incredible freedom when it comes to implementing new ideas, and my successes AND failures are treated as learning opportunities. It really is an environment that puts great emphasis on collaboration, and when a project requires cross-functional support, everyone is on board and ready to participate.

Cons

The legal technology industry sells software and services to, you guessed it, lawyers! The intensity level of clientele can be draining.

Pros

The people are great to work with.

Cons

Specifically, at the Phoenix location, the buildings are old and once in a while, there was a dead rat that had to be located within the walls. There is no direct deposit for checks. The vacation and sick time are mediocre. There are no yearly reviews and thus no pay raise. There is a small team and this makes planning vacations difficult. Most decisions for the team are based on seniority.
