Love the designers, be wary of the owner!

Great group of employees. Always ready to lend a hand on a task, even if it’s not their responsibility! These employees truly make IGroup Design what it is. They are following their passion.
Cons
The management style of owner is similar to a toddler going through the “terrible two’s”. I’ve seen him storm out of meetings, verbally abuse the staff and honestly act bipolar. He’ll offer the client unreasonably deadlines to save face without checking with the people doing the work; if it can even be done! No lunches, no flex time if you work 12 hours the day before you are expected to be at your desk by 8am no matter what! No health insurance! If you ask for time off in advance, be prepared to be stonewalled for weeks, as this truly makes him angry. I was denied going to my sons 8th grade graduation ceremony. Denied medical appointments. You are chained to your workstation.
