    Pros

    There are a lot of really smart people at this company and the product you work on is (while not perfect) a very good idea that is largely well-executed. You get to solve really interesting problems all the time.

    Cons

    They take too long to fire or lay off low-performing people, which can be very frustrating. There also tends to be a lot of overtime.

    Pros

    Great environment (laid back but hardworking)
    Very encouraging of people asking questions and wanting to know more about the company
    Very good about any family or health issues that might arise

    Cons

    Can't think of any except that a little too much down time. Company is still growing and some people have too much to do and some have not quite enough. They help find other tasks though.

    The time off was reasonable and the opportunity to work from home

    No management structure
    The company does nothing to help motivate their employees

    Pros

    Exciting products and customers. Travel opportunities. Growing company.

    Cons

    Disorganized. Global offices do not communicate effectively. No standardization.
    Under resourced. Lacking medical SME's to the point of embarrassment.
    Middle management is inexperienced, mediocre.
    Company does not invest in employee development or training.
    Senior management is unimpressive and uninspiring.

    Pros

    Work from home opportunity, average salary. Training is there, but could be better. Some documentation is getting centralized slowly. Project managers are hard working.

    Cons

    Difficulty in structure of some systems. Interfaces seem to be on going problem. Need for more developers and applications people. Some company health benefits have been reduced. Documentation can be scarce or hard to find for some things, could use some more improvement.

    I have been working at iMDsoft full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Used to be a nice environment. Low salaries always, but nice people.

    Cons

    Became really bad (in the US). Low level of personnel and deteriorating product and service level.
    Worst management team than all companies I've worked with.

    Advice to Management

    In short - Treat employees and customers with more dignity. Understand that "you pay peanuts, you get monkeys".
    Learn to take responsibility on your level of management. Very easy to blame everybody else.
    Choose your management team wisely.

    Good work environment. Challenging, with plenty of opportunity to learn and “step up”.

    Cons

    Not for people who are unable to work on multiple projects or multi-task.

    Good team and cross-team interaction; clear job expectations; some room for advancement; friendly and helpful

    Cons

    A bit stingy; compensation not as good as could be

    Pros

    Pleasant work environment, relatively young dynamic workforce, nice new offices, interesting products.

    Cons

    Some difficulties in communication between depts, recent takeover apparently increased pressure on employees, salaries not particularly generous, limited vacation time.
