    Cons

    Cons still to be determined.

    Pros

Strong executive leadership team with open door policy, collaborative and friendly office environment with strong culture, consistently smart people across all levels, very supportive HR team, significant investment in training

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations of what can be achieved by employees from a workload and responsibility perspective

Understaffed across many areas of the company

    Advice to Management

Consistently pipeline for new talent and invest in headcount to avoid employees from being overworked and stressed out

    Pros

The people! Everyone gets along really well and willing to help out one another.

    Cons

Work/Life Balance is hard to balance. Too much work to be done and not enough hours in the day to complete it.

I worked at iProspect full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies across multiple verticals with brilliant, fun, and hard working people who genuinely care about producing quality work / results for their clients. Challenging work, good structure, process, and organization.

    Cons

Too much red tape. Seems like DAN finance (not the iP leadership team) ultimately make the decisions on staffing, promotions and raises; hitting revenue goals outweigh the importance of appropriately staffing accounts, which led to burnout and turnover of employees.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your people, promote within, and compensate and STAFF appropriately.

I worked at iProspect full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company gives you a lot of exposure to a large amount of high-profile clients.

    Cons

The company has been on a decline for the past two years. It's been acquiring other companies almost too quickly and not knowing how to exactly integrate them. While all this is going on, they're still getting the short end of the stick by being part of Dentsu Aegis. Pay isn't as competitive either.

    Advice to Management

Your offices are all in competitive locations, and recruiters are very aggressive in this economy. By putting a number on quarterly promotions, you're honestly making it worse for yourself. When that individual leaves, you have to spend more time and money interviewing and training backfills. It fiscally just does not make sense for you to not keep your employees happy. You're training your employees to be great at what they do (because your training program is fantastic), just to pretty much lose them to your largest competitors. They're taking all of the great knowledge that they have and using it on your client's competitors.

I have been working at iProspect full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Young company, a lot of nice but stressed people. Award points can be nice. Your network really grows with the churn. Exposure to big clients. OK to have LinkedIn up at work. If you make it to small upper management cliques, you can get away with almost anything.

    Cons

Not a place to make a career, company just cares about staying ahead of the churn. Ignore the really negative reviews at your own risk. Many have tried but ultimately empty promises here. Churn over 90% in 4 years, average stay is 1 year. Understaffing everywhere, very high stress environment. Many have to self-medicate. Management doesn't care so long as profit targets hit. Promotions avoided until last possible moment, aka if you threaten to leave.

    Advice to Management

Show employees you care with real actions. Chronic understaffing not only hurts the business in long term, but has real effects on real people. Mothers relapse to old smoking habits on your watch, recent grads take anxiety medication to make it through the day. This used to be a great company, but endless acquisitions have completely wrecked culture. You could produce similar results to acquisitions if you backed up the "care" about people and organic growth with action.
