Pros

The company culture in Fort Worth is all about TCU, which can promote comradery, that is unless you did NOT attend TCU. Oh and they let you drink beer on site.

Cons

This place is literally a revolving door. I have never seen so much turnaround in my life! The promotions are not merit based which means you have managers who have no idea how to manage. You have supervisors that do not have the slightest idea what they're doing. And then you have amazing talent that never gets to shine. Let's not forget the fact that the entire company is sleeping with each other! Supervisors sleeping with their direct reports makes for a very uncomfortable team environment. There is zero career path- you will be promoted when the person above you inevitably quits. And while you're waiting for that, you can expect to be overloaded with work on a daily basis. There is no getting out early, only staying late. Expect to work until 7 or 8 at night while management goes out to vendor events nightly. There are no Christmas bonuses, no Christmas GIFTS or any involvement from the CEO who literally sits in the FTW office. This place appears to have it all together but they are obviously focusing on the wrong aspects of running an agency. Ultimately, it has become an industry stepping stone in order to make contacts through direct clients or outside vendors.

Pros

few noticed during tenure here. not enough to be sustainable.

Cons

-No one seems to care that people are sprinting away from this place. -Company has deleted candid & honest glassdoor reviews in the past. -Company constantly needs to do more with less -Company advertises cutting edge proactivity but overworks the underpaid staff to tread water, do the basics. -Bonus program is laughable. -CEO totally out of touch with reality & morality. -Finance obligated to treat staff as less than shareholders. -Pay cuts, Reduced schedules, furloughs when company has a year of enormous profits. -ELT of parent company busy living the high life of luxury to hear out legitimate concerns about the business. -Top execs using political virtue signaling to distract from how poorly the day to day staff are being treated. Meaning the day to day folks should just focus on the pronouns - not how badly you're stiffed on salary or how bad your mental health state is due to overworking. -no plans to make things better beyond talk. - if you are reading this and still work at iP/dentsu, you should reconsider your life choices.

Pros

Work From Home, "Unlimited" PTO, Snacks

Cons

I spent 2+ years here and this has been an incredibly toxic work place. Management is demeaning and verbally abuse both in private and in public while still expecting you to bend over backwards for them. They will blatantly ignore overtime laws and ask you not to report that you worked over your 40 hours so they "dont get in trouble". You will be overworked to compensate for their poor hiring decisions for the people above you and there will be no payoff in terms of professional growth unless you threaten to leave.
