    Pros

    Small company so people have a close working relationship - good fair pay compared to others in same industry

    Cons

    lots of investors so decisions at the top are difficult.. somewhat a rollercoaster ride

    Advice to Management

    Trickle down motivation and morale -- thats the key AND the missing hole

    Pros

    been wrking here for sometime and i feel there is lot scope for this domain. Above average pay and good tax policies.

    I think senior management should continuously try to implement agile methodology to the product and team and from top-down

    Not much of people very small team

    Cons

    Lay off when they are dome with you
    Bad Management
    No growth
    No Onsite For Java

    Advice to Management

    Dont take new people if you are going to layoff in next 9-12 months

    Pros

    There are some great minds here. Good product to work on in the domain of telecommunications. Company is small but has some big customers.

    Cons

    Company is now sold to an investor, uncertain future of company, people and product. There is very little clarity on the direction the company is going to head towards. Environment has been very fragile lately with many rounds of redundancies.

    Nice central offices, excellent colleagues, nice and relaxed work environment.

    All in all it is a nice place to be in.

    Cons

    A little bit more attention could be paid towards the process side of things and could be more organized.
    Too many contractors around.

    Advice to Management

    The number of contractors could be cut down and instead the permanent staff could be compensated a bit more.

    - Forgiving if some thing goes wrong

    - most of the employees are non performer
