    Being startup with large customer base,person would get excellent work exposure

    Cons

    Low work-Life balance, mis communication between employees and management

    Pros

    less amount of tension with satisfactory amount of money. good exposure... onsite positions... fair amount of hike... work recognition

    Cons

    they offer less amount of stability for freshers... less number of holidays... a bit cumbersome form of employee support in addition of just work appraisals

    an employee needs much more than his monthly gross for his work...
