Cons
I advise future candidates to pay attention to the actual detailed reviews on this page instead of just looking at the overall rating. During my time at the company there were consistently issues with ineffective management, as well as a lack of professionalism and accountability. There was also a problematic company culture leading to high employee turnaround (in specific branches of the company). Management and HR made little effort to understand and rectify issues, and consistently refused to deal with recurring culture problems that impacted employees. The product was also not fully understood across the company which is strange considering the small size.
