+ Very strong/skillful and motivated team + Great product to grow through challenges + Amazing company culture, that the management plus everyone else is striving to maintain + From an engineer's POV there is a big focus on constantly improving our product and the development experience alongside it, major strides have been made in the last 2 years
Cons
- As the nature of a startup is, it can get stressful at times in the fast paced nature of things, but it's not a permanent thing and the rewarding moments are much more.
