      * I learned some new things * Recruiter was great, unfortunately not reflecting the entire picture of the company * Logistically all equipment and all expenses are covered. HR department takes care of its employees in that perspective

      Cons

      * German speaking colleagues have a huge problem when communicating in English, such language barrier is an issue when on a day to day basis. * Sharing too much of your concerns about the salary for example is risky.
