Cons
Get ready for your pay to be delayed. They created a loop whole for the Test management. You getting paid max 30 days past testing cycle is locked. However, some TTLs will keep locking unlocking cycle multiple time and your time will be delayed. I just have one payment pending for almost 2 months. Post this on their forum but my posts getting deleted. As tester you won't have ability to extend your time they will be very strict about it, but when it come to payment they will be giving you every excuse in their tool box.
