Business Outlook
Pros
Upskillable has a very intelligent and considerate executive team. The work environment is collaborative and truly embraces Agility. The environment encourages growth and innovation. At upskillable every voice gets heard which says a lot for a very diverse international team working remotely.
Cons
Remote working is one of the disadvantages although it has it's obvious benefits. The team is great and works together quite well, but if everybody was in the same office the team would have even better performance.
