      - Very proficient and diverse team - Projects and tools that empower strong decision-making and research surrounding the environment - Good working conditions, largely WFH with the occasional meetup - Plenty of trust and rarely an unnecessary meeting or other waste of time - Interesting projects and subject matter

      - People still wearing multiple hats, sometimes to the detriment of even their greatest strengths as there are only so many hours in the day
